This suggestion works best for the first Peter Rabbit, but if you were going to see the second one in theaters, I’m guessing you enjoyed the first. Now that’s out of the way, hear me out. Both are based on British children’s books, have an all-star cast and are about arrogant anthropomorphic forest mammals that are out to steal food from angry humans. Full of wit and charm, this film is great for parents and kids alike, especially those who have yet to dive into the world of Wes Anderson. Recommended for kids 10 and up, this film still contains the slapstick physical comedy you’re looking for combined with hilarious quips and a lot of heart.
