‘Vision’: T’Nia Miller To Play Jocasta In Marvel’s Next ‘WandaVision’ Spinoff

With the big screen MCU titles in a bit of disarray, there’s more focus on what’s coming to Disney+. While Ironheart and Wonder Man are next, after that is the WandaVision spinoff, Vision, following Paul Bettany’s android as he tries to reclaim his humanity. There’s been a big casting update, as Deadline reports T’Nia Miller is joining in what is expected to be a lead role.

Miller is best known for her roles in The Fall of the House of Usher, Years and Years, and Foundation. In Vision, she’s expected to play Jocasta, another android character bent on revenge. In the comics, Jocasta was built by Ultron (using a brainwashed Hank Pym and the brainwaves of Janet Van Dyne) to be his bride, but ultimately, she joins the side of the Avengers. Don’t expect a comics-accurate version of the character, just as Ultron was changed to fit the MCU narrative.

Ultron will be played by James Spader, reprising his role from Avengers: Age of Ultron. Also in the cast are Todd Stashwick, Ruaridh Mollica, and Faran Tahir who reprises his role as the terrorist Raza.

Terry Matalas is the showrunner on Vision, the second WandaVision spinoff following Agatha All Along.
