Ahead of Thor: Love and Thunder’s Sept. 8 DVD release, Disney and Marvel dropped a deleted scene from the film to mark the occasion.
The new clip shows Thor and the gang arriving to Omnipotence City in search of Zeus to help them destroy the God Butcher (Christian Bale). As they stare at the marvelous city they meet Dionysus, Zeus’ youngest. Like his father, he is vain, unwilling to help the group, and very chatty.
Director Taika Waititi and Chris Hemsworth both mentioned the amount of footage and jokes that were cut for the film’s runtime during the Thor: Love & Thunder press tour. You can catch all the unseen clips on Sept. 8 when the film is released on DVD and streaming services.
