Box Office: ‘Nope’ is a Big Yup For Audiences, Takes #1 Spot

  1. Nope (review) – $44M
Jordan Peele continues his streak of box office success. With his new sci-fi thriller Nope taking the top spot he has now had all three of his feature films debut at #1 on the Box Office. Hopefully Peele’s success will teach the right lessons to the suits in Hollywood, originality and storycraft ARE the most important thing and people know it. I absolutely love the Black Mirror/The Twilight Zone-esque theme of his films and can’t wait to see the next one hit #1 as well!
