How far will two parents go to save their daughter from a predicament that could change her life forever? That’s what Rosamund Pike (The Wheel of Time) and Matthew Rhys (The Americans) must face in the new psychological thriller, Hallow Road, which premiered at SXSW earlier this year.
Here’s the official synopsis: Two parents receive a distressing late-night call from their teenage daughter, who has just accidentally hit a pedestrian. They jump in their car, racing to get there before anyone else stumbles across the scene. As they head deeper into the night, disturbing revelations threaten to tear the family apart as they soon realize they might not be the only ones driving down Hallow Road.
The film is directed by BAFTA Award-winning director Babak Anvari (Under the Shadow, Wounds), with a script by William Gillies. Megan McDonnell is also in the cast.
