‘Spider-Man: Across The Universe’ Exclusive Dolby Poster Features An Entire Multiverse Of Spider-Heroes

Spider-senses tingling? It’s probably the brand new Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse trailer, in celebration of fans being able to preorder tickets to Sony’s anticipated sequel of 2017’s Oscar-winning Into the Spider-Verse.

The colorful new image comes from Dolby Cinema, who will be showcasing the film when it drops on June 2nd. Jed Harmsen, Dolby’s Head of Cinema and Group Entertainment, had this to say about the exclusive poster, which features an entire multiverse of Spider-heroes…

The film sees the return of Shameik Moore as Miles Morales, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen “Spider-Gwen” Stacy, and Jake Johnson as Peter Parker. Issa Rae joins the cast as Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman, Oscar Isaac as Miguel O’Hara aka Spider-Man 2099, Daniel Kaluuya as Spider-Punk, Karan Soni as Spider-Man India, Jason Schwartzman as The Spot, plus Brian Tyree Henry and Luna Lauren Velez. Behind the camera is the directing duo of Joaquim Dos Santos and Kemp Powers.

Here’s the synopsis: Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man™: Across the Spider-Verse. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence. But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.
