‘Nosferatu’: Nicholas Hoult In Talks To Join Bill Skarsgard In Robert Eggers’ Vampire Film

Following last week’s news that Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu reimagining was back on, now comes word about a new star who is attached to the vampire film. Deadline reports Nicholas Hoult is in talks to take on the human role that Harry Styles was once set for.

If a deal comes together, Hoult will join Bill Skarsgard who is starring as the title Transylvanian vampire. Lily-Rose Depp is in talks to play the woman he has become transfixed with.

Eggers will write and direct, as has always been the case since the project first emerged in 2019. The long wait time has led to some major departures. Anya Taylor-Joy and the aforementioned Styles were attached but had to drop out.

Hoult will be seen next in the culinary dark comedy, The Menu. He’s also got another vampire movie on the way, Chris McKay’s Renfield, in which he stars opposite Nicolas Cage’s Dracula.
