Is there anybody in the world who doesn’t love chocolate? It’s arguably the most popular candy around the globe, and the most famous name in chocolate is Hershey. The upcoming Angel Studios drama Hershey stars Finn Wittrock and Alexandra Daddario in charting the humble origins of the chocolate empire.
Directed by Mark Waters (Mean Girls), Hershey stars Wittrock and Daddario as chocolate pioneers Milton and Catherine Hershey. The film is about more than overcoming business failures to strike it rich in the candy business, it’s about how the Hersheys used their fortune in philanthropic pursuits.
Also in the cast are Alan Ruck, Richard Kind, David Costabile, and Heléne Yorke. The script is by Bubba Fulcher, Will Hardy, and Timothy Michael Hayes.
