Remember when Jack Reacher was played by some tiny, aging actor named…Tom Cruise? Yeah, me neither. Honestly, it’s tough to remember those two movies anymore because of the impact Alan Ritchson has made playing the behemoth, ex-military do-gooder. Ritchson’s career has taken off like a rocket since the Prime Video series Reacher premiered, and now he’s back for season three with a hot new teaser.
Premiering over the weekend at CCXP, the teaser for Reacher season three has been confirmed to debut on February 20th 2025. Ritchson was on hand for the announcement, along with Jack Reacher author and exec-producer Lee Child, and co-star Maria Sten whose Frances Neagley character is poised for her own spinoff.
Season three is based on Child’s book, Persuader, as Reacher hurtles into the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise when trying to rescue an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. There, he finds a world of secrecy and violence—and confronts some unfinished business from his own past.
The eight-episode season stars Ritchson, Neagley, and new series regulars Anthony Michael Hall, Sonya Cassidy, Brian Tee, Johnny Berchtold, Robert Montesinos, Daniel David Stewart and Olivier Richters the 7-foot bodybuilder known as the “Dutch giant.”
Reacher season 3 hits Prime Video on February 20th 2025.
