‘Outcome’: Cameron Diaz To Join Keanu Reeves In Jonah Hill’s Next Film

How long has it been since we saw Cameron Diaz on the big screen? An entire decade, that’s how long, when she starred in the trio of Sex Tape, Annie, and The Other Woman. After such a long break, Diaz is starting to reemerge, signing on to star in this year’s action-comedy Back In Action alongside Jamie Foxx. And now Diaz has agreed to join Keanu Reeves in Outcome, the next film directed by Jonah Hill.

Deadline reports that Diaz is in talks to join Reeves in Outcome, Hill’s drama film set up at Apple. The film is Hill’s sophomore narrative effort behing the camera following 2018’s coming-of-age film Mid90s, although he did helm the mental health doc Stutz, as well.

Penned by Hill and Ezra Woods, Outcome centers on Reeves’ character, “a damaged Hollywood star who must dive into the dark depths of his past to confront his demons and make amends after he is extorted with a mysterious video clip from his past.”

The film marks a reunion between Diaz and Foxx, two close friends who previously worked together on Any Given Sunday and Annie.
