‘Windfall’ Trailer: Jason Segel, Lily Collins, And Jesse Plemons Star In Charlie McDowell’s Hitchcockian Thriller

After launching his first two films at Sundance, the terrifically trippy The One I Love and the less-successful The Discovery, it’s a little surprising that Charlie McDowell’s latest didn’t do the same. But we won’t have to wait long to see it, regardless. Windfall stars the intriguing trio of Jesse Plemons, Jason Segel, and McDowell’s wife Lily Collins, and is headed to Netflix next month.

Segel stars as a man who attempts to rob the home of Plemons’ tech billionaire, only for the rich guy and his wife, played by Collins, to return mid-crime. And judging by the trailer, there’s definitely a Hitchock vibe coursing through it, which should be interesting to watch in the hands of McDowell who is a pro at messing with the audience’s expectations.

Windfall hits Netflix on March 18th!
