Kat Dennings Unsure Of A Return For ‘Thor: Love & Thunder’

Kat Dennings made her way into the MCU with the newly-created role of Darcy Lewis, becoming a fan-favorite character in Thor and Thor: The Dark World. After some time away, she’ll return in the Disney+ series WandaVision, likely working alongside SHIELD, but as for reuniting with Natalie Portman for Thor: Love & Thunder, Dennings isn’t so sure.

Dennings tells Entertainment Tonight

“No, still no idea! I don’t think I’m in it. I feel like I would have heard by now. So literally my answer is I have no idea, I have even less an idea than I did before.”

That’s a shame because Darcy and Jane Foster were best friends and colleagues throughout those films, and it would be good to get her perspective on Jane becoming a superhero. Dennings is still happy to see Portman became the new God of Thunder…

“I thought it was genius, the most genius thing I had ever heard. I think it’s so brilliant. I mean, [Portman], you know, she’s a rock star actor, she can do anything. As a fan, I’m just excited to watch it.”

WandaVision is set to open this December, and Dennings says that plan remains in place for now.
