‘The Killing Of Two Lovers’ Trailer: A Man Goes To Deadly Lengths To Fight For His Family

In every fractured relationship, there is one party that handles it better than the other. But what happens when the pain that is felt becomes too great, and turns potentially deadly? That’s the idea behind Sundance standout The Killing of Two Lovers, which NEON has dropped the new trailer for.

Rectify and Lethal Weapon‘s Clayne Crawford stars as a father who struggles to keep his family together in the midst of a separation from his wife. When she starts seeing someone else, he’s pushed to the breaking point just trying to stay a presence in his kids’ lives. The cast includes Sepideh Moafi, Chris Coy, Avery Pizzuto, Arri Graham, and Ezra Graham.

The film was a natural fit for Park City as it marks the feature debut of writer/director Robert Machoian, who won a Sundance Jury prize for his short film The Minors in 2018.

The Killing of Two Lovers opens February 23rd 2021.
