‘Monarch: Legacy Of Monsters’ Season 2 Trailer: Titan Action Returns To Skull Island This Month On Apple TV

The MonsterVerse has earned a whopping $2.5B worldwide across five movies since 2014, but its success stretches beyond the big screen. Apple’s prequel series Monarch: Legacy of Monsters is entering its second season on AppleTV, exploring the long-running consequences of deep, dark secrets surrounding the emergence of Titans on an unsuspecting world.

Kurt Russell and his son Wyatt Russell return for season two, playing U.S. Army colonel Lee Shaw across two different timelines. Shaw’s first encounters with the Titans, and how his choices impacted him later in life, were a major storyline and it appears that will continue.

Also in the cast are Anna Sawai, Kiersey Clemons, Ren Watabe, Mari Yamamoto, Joe Tippett, and Anders Holm. Cliff Curtis is one of the new additions for season two.
