‘Dark Park’: Millie Bobby Brown Rumored To Lead Joe Cornish’s Netflix Horror

The second volume of Stranger Things’ fifth and final season hit Netflix on Christmas Day, which makes this a good time for a Millie Bobby Brown rumor. According to Jeff Sneider, Brown will be starring in Dark Park, from Attack the Block director Joe Cornish. And yes, it’ll be for Netflix, which Brown has been at the center of since her career took off.

This is only a rumor at this point, so nothing is concrete. If true, Brown would star in Dark Park, about a group of young folks who dare to enter a haunted amusement park, where every ride is deadly. Cornish is in talks to direct.

Brown has multiple projects in the works at Netflix, including Enola Holmes 3, the Kerri Strug biopic Perfect, and Lee Toland Krieger’s rom-com Just Picture It. There’s also the epic Stranger Things finale on New Year’s Eve.

Cornish has only directed one movie since his 2011 breakout, Attack the Block.  That would be 2019’s The Kid Who Would Be King. A sequel to Attack the Block is in the works with a completed screenplay.
