If you love Apple’s mind-bending series Severance, you’re going to love that one of its most popular actors is coming to the Spider-Man universe. And no, it’s not Adam Scott who already played Uncle Ben in Madame Web, much to his regret, I’m sure. It’s actually Tramell Tillman who is joining Tom Holland in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Tillman is best known for his Emmy-nominated role as supervisor Seth Milchick in Severance, but his presence has been expanding recently. He recently had a pivotal role in Mission: Impossible-The Final Reckoning, and will be part of Lena Dunham’s Good Sex cast.
It’s unknown what Tillman’s role in Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be, although the rumor mill has him pegged as a villain. We’ll see if that’s true, but you don’t go and get Tillman, who is hot right now, for something small and inconsequential. He joins a cast that includes Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Mark Ruffalo, Jon Bernthal, Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Michael Mando.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theaters on July 31st 2026, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. [Variety]
