Considering Robert Eggers is not known for films that pack the box office, add to that Nosferatu is hardly family friendly faire and the $21M ($40M since original release) stacked up by the OG theatrical vampire becomes that much more impressive. The Timothee Chalamet led Bob Dylan biopic didn’t blow the doors off the box office, but it’s $23M Christmas week take coupled with the positive reviews for both the film and Chalamet’s performance allow us to call this one a success.
