Aaron Taylor-Johnson Confirms ‘Kraven The Hunter’ Is R-Rated As Teaser Drops At CinemaCon

Holy shit, do we have reason to get excited about Kraven the Hunter??? The buzz coming out of CinemaCon for the latest of Sony’s Spider-Man spinoffs has been through the roof, especially when it was confirmed by star Aaron Taylor-Johnson that the film will definitely be R-rated!

“Will it be rated R? F*ck yes, it’s going to be rated R,”, Taylor-Johnson reportedly said via video at the start of Sony’s presentation.

The violent footage showed Kraven, the fiercest hunter in all of the world and a notorious Spider-Man villain in the comics, biting a man’s nose off. We also see Kraven violently dispatching of animal poachers, Russell Crowe as Kraven’s father Sergei Kravinoff, and Alessandro Nivola as a new version of The Rhino who isn’t wearing bulky mechanical armor, but actually has rhino hide for skin.

Directed by JC Chandor, Kraven the Hunter hits theaters on October 6th, and will hopefully make us forget that Morbius debacle.
