‘Mission: Impossible- Dead Reckoning’ Featurette Has Tom Cruise Attempting “Biggest Stunt In Cinema History”

There’s a new Mission: Impossible movie coming out, time for Tom Cruise to tempt death again! We’ve grown accustomed to Cruise doing his own stunts, upping the ante in terms of danger with each new film that arrives in the franchise. And judging by this new behind-the-scenes look at Mission: Impossible-Dead Reckoning, Cruise is once again making the insurers very nervous.

The footage shows Cruise pulling an incredibly dangerous motorcycle stunt, driving off of a giant mountain and into a base jump that is pure madness. Paramount is boasting about it as the “biggest stunt in cinema history”, and who knows? Maybe they’re right.  Assuming Cruise survived it, we can ask him.

Mission: Impossible-Dead Reckoning Part One opens July 14th 2023, directed by Christopher McQuarrie. Cruise is joined in the cast by Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales,Henry Czerny, Rob Delaney, Cary Elwes, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, Charles Parnell, Greg Tarzan Davis, and Frederick Schmidt.
