Teaser For ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 Vol. 2 Reveals An Evil That Can’t Be Stopped

Hopefully by now you’ve watched all seven episodes of Stranger Things season 4’s first volume. If not, why are you here? It says right in the headline that this is a tease for Vol. 2! It’s not a heck of a lot that we’re being shown, but it’s enough to know that things are about to go from bad to worse!

In only 30 seconds, we get a glimpse of everyone’s dire situation. Eleven is face-to-face with Vecna, having learned her part to play in the creature’s creation, and of course it sources back to the Hawkins lab. Hopper, Joyce, and Murray are still stuck in Russia, while Nancy and some of the other kids (who look like adults now, let’s be honest) are trapped in the Upside Down.

The season was split into two volumes unevenly, so while the first had seven total episodes of extended length, the second volume is just two episodes. However, those episodes are feature-length runtime so it’s like we’re getting two Stranger Things movies coming.

And as for what comes next? The fifth and final season. In some ways, this feels like it should be the end, going out in what has clearly been an homage to 1980s horror movies.

Stranger Things season 4 Vol. 2 hits Netflix on July 1st.
