‘The Adam Project’ First Look: Ryan Reynolds, Zoe Saldana, Mark Ruffalo & More Star In Netflix Time Travel Film

When things go as right as they did on Free Guy, one of the most successful and, in my opinion best films of 2021, reuniting Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy is a must. The duo quickly reteamed on The Adam Project, a high concept time travel film that finds Reynolds going back to seek help from his younger self.

Vanity Fair has our first look at The Adam Project, which promises to be another huge project between Reynolds and Netflix, following last year’s Red Notice. The story, penned by Jonathan Tropper who adapted his own novel, finds Reynolds as a wounded time traveler from 2050 in search of his lost love, who vanished into the time-space continuum. After his ship is damaged, he ends up in 2022 where he comes upon his childhood home, and seeks out help from his younger self to confront their estranged father.

Joining Reynolds in the cast are Zoe Saldana, Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo, Catherine Keener, and Walker Scobell.

The Adam Project hits Netflix on March 11th.
