“Let’s F***in’ Go!”: The New ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Trailer Is Here

After years of arguably too many superhero movies, 2024 brings only one Marvel Studios project: Deadpool & Wolverine. And you know what? It’s one of the most anticipated movies of the year, and could be exactly the kick in the butt the genre needs. And now after a teaser whet our appetites weeks ago, the full trailer is here and again I think it’s everything we both want and need.

Ryan Reynolds returns as Deadpool, finally united with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. It’s a team-up many years in the making, and the film finds them on a road trip of sorts to save their universe. Of course, this all has to do with the Fox X-Men universe going bye-bye, as the two characters cross over into the MCU formally.

So we are getting a bunch of old familiar faces, such as Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Rob Delaney as X-Force member Peter, Brinna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warfare, and more. Also seen in the trailer are Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox, a member of the Time Variance Authority last seen in Loki, and Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova, who in the comics is the evil twin “sister” to Charles Xavier, and she looks the part.

Directed by Shawn Levy with a script by Ryan Reynolds & Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick & Zeb Wells & Levy, Deadpool & Wolverine hits theaters on July 26th.
