‘Cold Storage’ Trailer: Liam Neeson, Joe Keery, And Georgina Campbell Try To Stop A Mutant Fungus

In 2019, Jurassic Park screenwriter David Koepp wrote the book Cold Storage, and he didn’t stray far from the formula when doing. Only, in stead of dinosaurs running rampant it was a mutant fungus. The book had some serious B-movie vibes and so too does the upcoming movie by Alien Autopsy director Jonny Campbell. Oh, and Koepp wrote the screenplay himself.

Cold Storage stars a pretty cool trio: Stranger Things’ Joe Keery, Barbarian‘s Georgina Campbell, and Liam Neeson, once again showing his comedy chops as he did recently in The Naked Gun. The new trailer is giving serious retro sci-fi vibes with a dash of creature feature fun.

Also in the cast are Sosie Bacon (Smile), with Vanessa Redgrave (Mission: Impossible), with Lesley Manville (Phantom Thread).

SYNOPSIS: Teacake (Keery) and Naomi (Campbell), two young employees of a self-storage company built on the site of an old US military base, have their wildest night shift ever when a parasitic fungus escapes from the lowest sublevel of the base, where it was sealed by the government decades before. As the temperature rises underground, this highly contagious and rapidly mutating microorganism multiplies and unleashes its brain-controlling, body-bursting terrors on the facility’s inhabitants – human and otherwise.

With time running out, it’s down to Teacake and Naomi, with the help of a grizzled retired bioterror operative (Neeson), to contain the merciless menace and prevent the explosive extinction of Mankind itself.

Samuel Goldwyn Films and Studio Canal will release Cold Storage in theaters February 13th 2026.
