Netflix’s long-running Jurassic animated franchise continues with the second season of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory. The first season only concluded in May, and already the Nublar Five are back for more dino-adventure. And this time, their past has come crashing back with the return of Brooklynn, who was thought to have been killed.
Here’s the synopsis: With the Nublar Five stowed away on a dinosaur-filled cargo ship headed to parts unknown, their mission to find who is after them sets them on a collision course with the mysterious Broker. Unaware that Brooklynn is alive, the discovery of her whereabouts will call into question everything they thought they knew about each other.
Returning to the voice cast are Paul-Mikél Williams, Sean Giambrone, Darren Barnet, Raini Rodriguez, Kauser Mohammed, Kiersten Kelly, and Anaiya Amira. Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley return as showrunners. And this being part of the Jurassic Park family, Steven Spielberg and Frank Marshall are board as exec-producers, alongside Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow. These shows have a lot of fans, and who knows? Maybe we will eventually see these characters carry into live-action?
Jurassic World: Chaos Theory season two hits Netflix on October 17th with all 10 episodes. You can check out Khalil’s glowing review of season one here.
