‘Run Rabbit Run’ Trailer: Sarah Snook Stars In A Creepy Kid Horror For Netflix This Summer

While we are still shook from that brutal showdown between Shiv and Tom on last week’s Succession, star Sarah Snook has a new horror film on the way. Run Rabbit Run debuted earlier this year at Sundance and is set to be a major summer release for Netflix.

Directed by Australian filmmaker Daina Reid, Run Rabbit Run is the latest in a growing number of horrors centered on motherhood. Snook plays a fertility doctor who recognizes odd behavior in her seven-year-old daughter after she finds a rabbit in the yard.

The small cast also features Lily LaTorre, Damon Herriman, and Greta Scachi. Novelist Hannah Kent wrote the screenplay, her first feature script.

Elisabeth Moss was initially attached to the lead role when first announced back in 2020, having planned to reunite with Reid who she worked with on The Handmaid’s Tale and The Shining Girls.

I saw the film at Sundance and enjoyed it well enough for Snook’s performance, although it failed to add anything new to this particular sub-genre.

Run Rabbit Run hits Netflix on June 28th.
