‘God Is A Bullet’ Trailer: Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Maika Monroe, & Jamie Foxx Take On A Deadly Cult In Nick Cassavetes’ Latest

Nick Cassavetes is back with his God Is a Bullet, first film since 2014’s The Other Woman. Starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Maika Monroe, and Jamie Foxx, the action flick is based on the  book by Boston Teran about a detective who takes matters into his own hands when his ex-wife is murdered and his daughter is kidnapped by a dangerous cult.

Cassavetes is famously the son of director John Cassavetes and actress Gena Rowlands. He has kept his feet in the worlds of acting and filmmaking throughout his career, but is known for directing such films as John QThe Notebook, and Alpha Dog.

The cast of God Is a Bullet is stacked and includes January Jones, Karl Glusman, Andrew Dice Clay, Jonathan Tucker, Paul Johansson, and Ethan Suplee.

Newly-formed distributor Wayward Entertainment will release God Is a Bullet into theaters on June 23rd.
