Cinema Royale: Powering Up With ‘Shazam! Fury Of The Gods’ (Special Guest: Julian Lytle)

SHAZAM!! On the latest episode of Cinema Royale, it’s time to get powered up with DC’s Shazam! Fury of the Gods! Zachary Levi returns as god-powered superhero who is really just a teen kid, both literally and at heart. But the film arrives at a curious time for the future of DC movies, and is it good enough that James Gunn will want to carry it forward and into the future?

Of course, joining the show to talk about Shazam is fellow comic book fan and film critic Julian Lytle, because there’s nobody else I’d rather turn to.
