‘Me Time’ Trailer: Kevin Hart And Mark Wahlberg Have A Wild Weekend In Netflix’s New Comedy

While Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg continue to take on their share of action-comedies and adventure roles, they’ve also become quite comfortable just playing dads. Hart is coming off the Netflix film Fatherhood, while Wahlberg has his successful Daddy’s Home hits. And now the two are coming together for another comedy that centers on parenting, Me Time.

Hart plays a family man who finally gets some time to himself for the first time in years. So what does he do? Dial-up his best buddy (Wahlberg) for a crazy weekend that turns their lives upside down.

This looks like the kind of silliness we should expect from both Hart and Wahlberg, but there could be a reason to expect more. The film is written and directed by John Hamburg, whose 2016 comedy I Love You, Man really found humor and heart in the friendship between two guys.

Also starring Regina Hall and Jimmy O. Yang, Me Time hits Netflix on August 26th.

When a stay-at-home dad finds himself with some me time for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away, he reconnects with his former best friend for a wild weekend that nearly upends his life.
