Hey, if Jason Momoa and Ezra Miller can turn up in Peacemaker, why not Gal Gadot in Shazam: Fury of the Gods? That rumor has been making the rounds for quite a while, and there was the perfect opportunity to ask West Side Story breakout Rachel Zegler about it, as she will not only be in that DC Comics sequel, but star alongside Gadot in Disney’s Snow White remake. So what did she say?
“I’m not going to say much, but [filming Snow White] wasn’t our first meeting”, Zegler told Empire.
Of course, she could be talking about an encounter they had an awards show restroom or something. But the implication is that, yes, Gadot will appear in Shazam 2, which makes sense considering some of the ties Wonder Woman and Shazam have to various gods and magic abilities.
Shazam: Fury of the Gods opens December 16th, and we’ll know for sure then.
