‘Crisis’: First Look At Gary Oldman, Evangeline Lilly, And Armie Hammer In Opioid Crisis Drama

Could Gary Oldman be an awards contender for more than Mank? The folks at Quiver sure hope so, because they’ve set a February release date for Crisis (formerly titled Dreamland), an opioid drama that stars Oldman, Evangeline Lilly, and Armie Hammer.

The first images of Crisis have arrived, giving us a glimpse at the film which takes a Traffic-style, multi-faceted look at the opioid crisis. Along with Oldman, Lilly, and Hammer, the cast includes Michelle Rodriguez, Greg Kinnear, Michelle Rodriguez, Luke Evans, Lily-Rose Depp, Kid Cudi, Duke Nicholson, Veronica Ferres, and Martin Donovan.

Nicholas Jarecki is writer and director, making his first feature since 2012’s Arbitrage.

Crisis opens on February 26th 2021.
