Over the course of six seasons, the hit drama series This is Us earned multiple Emmy nominations, including an Outstanding Lead Actor win for star Sterling K. Brown. Suffice it to say, Brown and creator Dan Fogelman have done some pretty good work together, and they’re set to do it again next year with Paradise. However, this is going to be a very different show that puts Brown in the middle of a political conspiracy.
Created by Fogelman with Brown starring and exec-producing, Paradise centers on Xavier Collins, a Secret Service agent who becomes prime suspect when the President is assassinated. As seen in the trailer, there’s pretty good reason to suspect him. Not only was Xavier the last one to see the President alive, but the leader was found dead next to his bed. Of course, the truth won’t be that simple.
Joining Brown in the cast are James Marsden, Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi, Nichole Brydon Bloom, Aliyah Mastin, and Percy Daggs IV.
Paradise comes to Hulu on January 28th 2025 and runs for eight episodes.
SYNOPSIS: “Paradise” is set in a serene community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals. But this tranquility explodes when a shocking murder occurs and a high-stakes investigation unfolds.
