Ray Fisher No Longer Expected To Appear As Cyborg In ‘The Flash’

Well, we talked about Ray Fisher burning bridges at Warner Bros. when he directly called out DCEU chief Walter Hamada. And now it seems that is beginning to play out, as his role as Cyborg in The Flash, initially meant to be an extensive part, has all but vanished.

While rumors had surfaced the Cyborg role would be recast, Quora writer Mark Hughes checked with the studio who said that’s not the case. Instead, Fisher’s role as Cyborg is no longer in The Flash at all.  Over the course of WarnerMedia’s investigation into Fisher’s allegations of abuse on the Justice League set, we’ve seen his Cyborg role in The Flash reduced from major supporting, to a cameo, and now to nothing.

Hey, this is what happens when you take a shot at the king. Better not miss.

Instead, Fisher continues to go after Hamada, who it was recently revealed will be sticking around as head of DC Films through 2023. Suffice it to say, any hope of a Cyborg movie has gone ka-put, as well.
