It doesn’t pay to be an old acquaintance of Jack Reacher. Turns out, it’s not great to be an old friend of Frances Neagley, either. They always turn up dead. Today at Comic-Con, Prime Video debuted the trailer for Neagley, starring Maria Sten as the character she’s made so popular through three seasons of Reacher.
Reacher is a loner through and through, but so is Neagley, which is why it’s always so great to see them buck their natural instincts and work together. Neagley finally gets the spotlight in her own spinoff series, in which she’s working as a private investigator in Chicago. When a friend dies in a suspicious accident, Neagley turns to the training she’s had with Reacher and in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit to uncover the truth.
Ritchson will guest star as Jack Reacher, because it’s only fair that he help her the way she’s helped him out of multiple jams! Sten is joined in the cast by Greyston Holt, Adeline Rudolph, Jasper Jones, Matthew Del Negro and Damon Herriman.
All eight episodes of Neagley hit Prime Video on September 16th, which happens to be the day of Reacher season four’s finale. Synergy!!
