‘War Machine’ Trailer: Alan Ritchson Battles A Robotic Threat In Netflix’s Sci-Fi Action Flick

If you’ve been watching Alan Ritchson in the hit Prime Video series Reacher, you know he’s already kinda like a superhero. I mean this dude has muscles in places most people don’t even have places. He can fight like a bastard and seems pretty indestructible. Ritchson has used that show to become a huge action star. And he’ll get to pull off more superhuman feats in Netflix’s sci-fi action flick, War Machine, which arrives next month.

The first trailer and images from War Machine have arrived, and they show Ritchson as a “promising” recruit for a special ops military unit. But this isn’t normal basic training, as the soldiers encounter a mysterious ship that begins attacking them.

I’m definitely getting Predator vibes from this one.

Ritchson is joined in the cast by Dennis Quaid, Stephan James, Jai Courtney, Esai Morales, Blake Richardson, Keiynan Lonsdale, and Daniel Webber.

Lots of dudes with action movie experience. That experience extends behind the camera with director Patrick Hughes, known for The Expendables 3 and The Hitman’s Bodyguard. Hughes co-wrote the script with James Beaufort.

SYNOPSIS: During the final stage of US Army Ranger selection, an elite team’s training exercise turns into a fight for survival against an unimaginable threat.”

War Machine hits Netflix on March 6th.
