‘Eyes Of Wakanda’ Trailer: ‘Black Panther’ Spinoff Miniseries Hits Disney+ This Week

Good news! Last week, Eyes of Wakanda creator Todd Harris revealed that the animated Black Panther miniseries would be hitting Disney+ screens earlier than expected. Today, Disney confirms the four-episode series will arrive in just a few days on August 1st, and the first trailer for it has arrived.

Directed by Harris and exec-produced by Ryan Coogler, Eyes of Wakanda is set in the land explored in Black Panther and its sequel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Each episode will follow “the adventures of brave Wakandan warriors throughout history. In this globe-trotting adventure, the heroes must carry-out dangerous missions to retrieve Vibranium artifacts from the enemies of Wakanda. They are the Hatut Zaraze and this is their story.”

Leading the voice cast are Winnie Harlow, Cress Williams, Patricia Belcher, Larry Herron, Adam Gold, Lynn Whitfield, Jacques Colimon, Jona Xiao, Isaac Robinson-Smith, Gary Anthony Williams, Zeke Alton, Steve Toussaint and Anika Noni Rose.

Additionally, Eyes of Wakanda is where we are expected to see the character Iron Fist appear.
