‘Transformers One’ Rolls Out With A Dolby Cinema Exclusive Poster

Dolby Cinema has a new look at Paramount’s upcoming film, Transformers One, with an exclusive poster featuring Optimus Prime aka Orion Pax and Megatron aka D-16. The fully CG-animated film goes back to the early days of the iconic Autobot and Decepticon leaders, before they became eternal enemies to a time when they were friends. The Dolby Cinema logo is in the foreground, as well, with Cybertron looming in the background, as that is where the entirety of the film takes place.

The film tells the untold story of Optimus Prime and Megatron when they were simple laborers on Cybertron, and also best friends.  Chris Hemsworth voices Optimus with Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron. Scarlett Johansson voices Elita-1, with Keegan-Michael Key as B-127 aka Bumblebee. Steve Buscemi, Laurence Fishburne, and Jon Hamm also have voice roles, but to reveal exactly what they’re doing what be to spoil some of the film’s best stuff.

If you’ve seen the trailers, you know the film has something of a buddy comedy vibe. But don’t let that fool you. Transformers One is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, better known as sworn enemies, but once were friends bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever.

Directed by Josh Cooley, Transformers One opens in theaters on September 20th. Trust me, you’ll want to see this on the best possible screen with the highest quality sound, and that means getting your tickets from Dolby right here.
