‘Wolfs’ Trailer: Jon Watts’ Action-Comedy With Brad Pitt & George Clooney Hits Apple TV+ This Week

Its week-long theatrical commitment nearly complete, Jon Watts’ action-comedy Wolfs (review here) hits Apple TV+ in two days. By now you already know the film stars buddies Brad Pitt and George Clooney, reunited for the first time since the Oceans films and 2008’s Burn After Reading. If you like the vibe of these two pals just hanging out and cracking jokes at one another’s expense, then Wolfs is going to be for you.

Written and directed by Watts, best known for directing the recent Spider-Man movies with Tom Holland, Wolfs centers on a pair of fixers who are used to working alone. Both think they are the best at what they do, so when forced to work together on a messy clean-up job, hilarity and chaos ensue.

The film also stars Amy Ryan, Austin Abrams in a really fun supporting role, Poorna Jagannathan, Richard Kind, and Zlatko Burić, with Frances McDormand in a limited voice role. Apple loves what they’ve got with this one and already have Watts working on a sequel.

Wolfs hits Apple TV+ on September 27th.

SYNOPSIS: Global superstars George Clooney and Brad Pitt team up for the action comedy “Wolfs.” Clooney plays a professional fixer hired to cover up a high-profile crime. But when a second fixer (Pitt) shows up and the two “lone wolves” are forced to work together, they find their night spiraling out of control in ways that neither one of them expected.
