Better beware, because Becky is back! Lulu Wilson returns for The Last Temptation of Becky, the third film in the teen revenge trilogy that began with Becky in 2020 and continued with 2023’s The Wrath of Becky. Jenn Wexler takes over as director, co-writing the script Matt Angel who co-directed the previous film. Also in the cast are Brandon Flynn, James Urbaniak, Neil Patrick Harris, and “scream queen” Kate Siegel.
It’s safe to say that Becky has come a long way from the first movie when she just a rebellious teen combating a neo-Nazi Kevin James. She’s since moved from psychotic vigilante to working for the CIA as an undercover agent in Poland. The goal remains the same, though, and that’s to destroy Nazi scumbags wherever they are.
SYNOPSIS: Now working as a field agent for the CIA, Becky (Lulu Wilson) is sent undercover to Poland to infiltrate a family of innkeepers who are running a tourist venture at The Wolf’s Lair, Hitler’s WWII bunker. After learning that the father, Wilhelm Reuss (Neil Patrick Harris), is on a mission to bring about the Fourth Reich, Becky takes matters into her own hands.
The Becky films quickly gained cult status for creating one of the most popular modern antiheroes. I have a hard time believing this will be the “last” anything for this franchise.
The Last Temptation of Becky hits theaters on November 4th from Quiver Distribution.
