Elizabeth Debicki And Scott Caan Join David Fincher’s ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ Netflix Film

Much about David Fincher’s follow-up to Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood remains a secret, and likely will for quite some time. However, we do know who will be joining Brad Pitt in the Cliff Booth-centric Netflix film: Elizabeth Debicki and Scott Caan.

Debicki’s casting was first revealed by What’s On Netflix, but it has now been confirmed by THR.

The film, possibly titled The Further Adventures of Cliff Booth, started out as a script penned by Tarantino that he planned to direct himself. He decided to set it aside, and it was Brad Pitt who convinced him to let Fincher take a crack at directing it.

Pitt’s Cliff Booth character, a Hollywood stuntman and body double with a dark past, returns in a story set following the events of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It’s unclear how much of that film will be relevant to this next one. Leonardo DiCaprio’s Rick Dalton character is not expected to be included.

Debicki is best known for playing Princess Diana in two seasons of The Crown. Her breakout role was in 2013’s The Great Gatsby, and she has kept busy in loads of different films including Widows, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 & 3, Tenet, and MaXXXine.

Caan, the son of actor James Caan, is one of those guys you don’t think about much until you realize he’s been in just about everything. He starred in all three of the Ocean’s Eleven movies, and led the long-running Hawaii Five-O for a decade. Caan also starred in such films as Varsity Blues, Nowhere, Boiler Room, and the unfortunate Ready to Rumble.

Expect that there will be a lot of heavy-hitters added to this cast, so stay tuned.
