‘Summer Of 69’ Trailer: Jillian Bell’s Raunchy Directorial Debut Stars Chloe Fineman As A Stripper Mentor

You know that if Jillian Bell is making her directorial debut, it’s going to be raunchy as Hell. Bell, best known for her appearances in Workaholics and 22 Jump Street, and for her time writing for SNL, writes and directs the coming-of-age comedy Summer of 69, arriving on Hulu next month.

Bell’s film stars SNL‘s Chloe Fineman as an exotic dancer hired by an awkward high school senior to help her charm her longtime crush. The film also stars Sam Morelos, Matt Cornett, Nicole Byer, Liza Koshy, Natalie Morales, Alex Moffat, Fernando Carsa, Paula Pell, and Charlie Day.

The screenplay was co-written by Bell, Liz Nico and Jules Byrne.

SYNOPSIS: An awkward high school senior hires an exotic dancer to help seduce her longtime crush before graduation, leading to unexpected friendship and lessons in self-confidence, acceptance and adulthood.

Hulu premieres Summer of 69 on May 9th.
