Following some of the best reviews of his career for The Six Triple Eight, Tyler Perry is coming back with something a bit more scandalous. Tyler Perry’s Duplicity follows a prominent attorney charged with finding out the truth about the murder of her best friend’s husband. To solve the case, she teams up with an ex-cop turned private investigator who also happens to be her ex-boyfriend. Talk about going undercover! Whomp whomp.
The film stars Kat Graham, best known for her roles on The Vampire Diaries and All Eyez on Me. She’s joined in the cast by Tyler Lepley, Joshua Adeyeye, Nick Barrotta, Meagan Tandy, RonReaco Lee, Jimi Stanton, and Shannon LaNier.
Perry has stayed busy lately in the world of streaming more than on the big screen lately. Duplicity is the latest from Perry to be released by Prime Video following last year’s Divorce in the Black.
