‘The Line’ Teaser: Alex Wolff, Halle Bailey, Lewis Pullman, And More Star In Fraternity Hazing Drama

A lot of creepy horror flicks have been set around college campuses and the strict exclusivity, rules, and brutal hazing that surrounds fraternities and sororities.  I mean, you also have stuff like Monsters University, but I digress. Anyway, you can get freaked out by Greek Life once again in The Line, a new film arriving in October with a fantastic cast.

Alex Wolff, Lewis Pullman, Halle Bailey, Scoot McNairy, Austin Abrams, Bo Mitchell, Cheri Oteri, Scoot McNairy, Denise Richards, John Malkovich, and the late Angus Cloud star in The Line. Wolff, last seen getting devoured in A Quiet Place: Day One, plays a working class kid looking to move up in the world by joining a prestigious fraternity. Of course, it doesn’t go as planned as he endures the hazing ritual and falls prey to the fraternity president.

The film is directed by Ethan Berger who co-wrote the script with Alex Russek.

SYNOPSIS: The Line is a campus thriller that plunges into the dangerous world of college fraternities and blind adherence to tradition. Alex Wolff stars as Tom, a scholarship student desperate to break free from his working-class background who is charmed by the prestigious KNA fraternity’s promises of high social status and alumni connections that open doors. But upon beginning a romance with Annabelle (Halle Bailey), a classmate outside of his social circle, and the manipulative schemes of his fraternity president (Lewis Pullman) unfolding during the hazing of new members, Tom finds himself ensnared in a perilous game of ambition and loyalty.

The Line opens in theaters on October 18th.
