New Look At ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 Has Some Ghostbusting Goin’ On

The third season of Netflix’s hit Stranger Things debuted more than two years ago on July 4th. That’s an incredibly long wait to find out the fate of Hopper and other cliffhangers the series left on. I’d like to tell you the wait is nearly over, but the truth is, even after this weekend’s TUDUM fan event and a new teaser, we only know that season four will arrive in 2022.

In the latest footage, titled “Creel House”, things get very strange for a family as they enter their new home in Hawkins, IN. But after all of the Poltergeist-y shit is over, we see the familiar band of kiddos investigating the place in true Ghostbusters fashion. We already know this season will lean heavily into Cold War era themes, but it looks like there will more paranormal sleuthing going on, too.

It’s been more than a year of teasers but this is the most substantial, by far. No matter when Stranger Things arrives it promises to continue as Netflix’s most popular series and probably will be until the Duffer Bros. decide to wrap it up.
